Here is below a list of common questions with it's answers to make it easier for you understand everything about everything..

How do I track my order?

 

Our agent will contact you for delivery scheduling, and tracking the shipment will be through the courier.

 

What are your Payment options?

 

For your convenience, we accept cash on delivery, so you don't even need a credit card to order from our store.

I received a wrong item, how can I return it?

 

Unlikely to happen that you receive a wrong item, you can return the item in the same condition you received and in the original packaging. Upon Receiving of the returned item, we will send you an Envelop with your full amount with our courier.

 

When will I receive my refund/credit?

 

We usually collect items within 2-3 Days from the date of your feedback. The delivery of replacement usually takes 2-3 working days from when we have received and evaluated the product.

Refunds will be issued as a store credit that you can use to order a replacement item or you can use it on your next purchase which will be valid for 6 months that excludes shipping charge.

What if I changed my mind, and decided that I don't want my order any-more?

If you change your mind before receiving your item and before our courier sent you to schedule for delivery, just send an E-mail at contact@offbeatuae.com to cancel your order. If you wish to return the item after receiving it, you have up to 2 days to return them, keeping the below rules in mind:

  1. The item is not on the Non-returnables/Non-replaceable list.

  2. You can’t return Clearance Items clearly marked as non-returnable and displaying a No-Return Policy.

  3. Only the items with ‘Retail Packaging’ never opened (Sealed/Closed Box) and still with its Original Seal can be returned.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Currently we are only delivering to United Arab Emirates.

When are ‘Returns or Replacements’ cannot be processed?

Items we can’t process for return are listed below: 

  1. Return request is made outside the specified time frame, of 2 days from the day of delivery.

  2. Product is used, damaged, or is not in the same condition as you received it.

  3. Products with extended delivery time.

  4. Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

  5. Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing and accessories.

  6. Or any of the following items:

  • Any Personalized items.

  • Fragile items

  • Hygiene related items.

  • Undergarment.

  • Books.

  • CDs/ DVDs

  • Beauty Products.

  • Items on sale

  • Items that were sealed

  • Damaged items due to misuse

  • Electronic items where the original seal is broken Socks.

Can I Replace or Exchange an item rather than a refund?

 

off course we offer replacement or exchange of an item; and even if it was less than you paid for, we will give you a credit store to be used within 6 months.

Who pays for the shipping charges when I return an item?

You can return an item for AED15 within 2 days from delivery date, if there was no reason for the return.

PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
