Subject to meeting the conditions set out in this Returns and Exchanges section, we offer a “no reason" return policy which allows you to return delivered items to us for any reason up to 3 days from the delivery of your order.

As long as the product is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging you can return within 3 days from the date of receipt. Please send us an E-mail explaining your return reason, product name and the number of your order.

Upon evaluating the product and confirming it’s eligibility for return, we will send you a store credit that you can use to order a replacement item or you can use it on your next purchase which will be valid for 6 months.

The store credit will include the full value of the products and excludes the shipping charges, of the undamaged items and unopened box. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it.

 A charge of AED20 "Return/Exchange Delivery Fees" will apply and must be paid along with the delivery of your exchanged item or deducted from your "Return Voucher".
